I have always wanted to start scrapbooking but finding the time to do so, well you mommies know where I am going with that one. The biggest problem with scrapbooking is getting the pictures you want to use printed. I don't know too many people who still get their pictures developed. Almost everyone I know owns a digital camera and their pictures are all on their computer, CD/DVD or their smartphones. Digital scrapbooking makes it so you don't have to develop your pictures and they are all right there at the touch of your keyboard.I was approached by My Memories to try out their software. It was quite easy to download the software onto my computer and I liked that they had a version for both Windows and Mac. Once it was downloaded on to my system, I restarted my computer and got started right away! I was able to scrapbook while feeding the baby. (Wouldn't be able to do that if I was going the old fashioned way) First I started with the album templates already set up. I was surprised at how easy the software was to use. I was able to crop, remove red eye and enhance all the pics. I added text easily and changed the fonts and colors to my liking. Within 15 mins, I had created 6 adorable pages.
Now I am not the most creative person in the world but I liked that they also have the option to create your own pages. I had fun going through all the different things I could do on my own. Here is what I made on my first try.
I also had fun looking around the My Memories site. There were a ton of additional kits that could be purchased. Some of which were only $0.99 and some were even FREE! My Memories is offering ALL my readers a $10 discount on their software and on any purchase of their web store. Just use the following code at time of purchase STMMMS48081.
